Vendor Evaluation
Before you sign, get a second read.
An honest, independent look at a quote or proposal from another agency or freelancer — so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to.
What You're Actually Buying
A quote is easy to write. Knowing if it’s fair takes experience.
Most estimates look reasonable on the surface — a number, a rough scope, a timeline. What’s harder to see from the outside is whether the scope actually covers what you need, whether the price reflects the real complexity of the work, or whether something’s missing that turns into a change order two months in.
This isn’t about talking you out of hiring someone else. Most of the time we’re not in the running for the work at all — you’ve already got a quote, and you just want an informed, outside opinion before you commit budget to it.
