Not a button click. A second set of eyes.
Monthly maintenance plans that catch what an auto-update button can’t — staging-tested changes, real monitoring, and someone accountable when something breaks.
The button isn’t the job.
Most basic maintenance really is just clicking a button. So why pay monthly for that? Because not every plugin update is safe to apply blindly. A plugin developer skips checking against a WordPress core change, or WordPress ships an update that conflicts with a plugin that hasn’t caught up — and a site that looked fine an hour ago is broken now. Neither side did anything wrong on purpose. It happens constantly, to sites that are otherwise perfectly healthy.
What you’re paying for is the time to read the changelog before anything touches your live site, test it somewhere safe first, and be the one who owns the fix if something still slips through.
None of this means you’re required to have us do it. We build every site to give you total control — if you’re comfortable in WordPress, turning on auto-updates and never thinking about it again is a completely reasonable choice.
Staging-Tested Updates
Core, theme, and plugin updates get reviewed and tested before they touch your live site.Changelog Review
Every update gets read before it's approved, so known conflicts get caught first.Uptime & Activity Monitoring
We watch for downtime alerts and review admin activity logs regularly — catching account and content changes your host's security layer doesn't track.Accountability
If something breaks during a maintenance update, that's on us to fix — not a support ticket you escalate.
Month-to-month. No contract.
Three fixed plans, or a custom one built around what you actually need. Every plan includes the same core protection — the difference is included hours and response time.
| Feature | Essentials | Advanced | Pro | Custom |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly Price | $300 | $500 | $800 | Scoped with you |

| Uptime & Security Monitoring | Varies by builder | |||
| Included Hours | 2 hrs/mo | 4 hrs/mo | 6 hrs/mo | Scoped with you |
| Choose your plan | Standard | Priority | Same-Day Priority | Scoped with you |
Hours don't roll over. All plans are month-to-month — no contract, cancel any time. Retainer clients get 10% off separately scoped development work — this applies to development only, not design, consulting, or a new site build. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just ask.
Every project is different, and budget shouldn’t be the reason you don’t reach out. If none of these plans quite fit, tell us what you’re working with — we’ll try to find a way to help.
The two things every plan includes.
Performance Optimization
A review of what’s actually slowing your site down, with a prioritized fix list.
Security Monitoring
Reviewing who’s logging in and what’s changing, the layer your host’s firewall doesn’t cover.
Beyond security and performance, every plan.
The rest of what happens each month is smaller in scope, but it’s the difference between a site that quietly stays current and one that slowly falls behind. Not every plan includes every item below, the tier comparison above shows exactly what’s covered at each level.
- Ongoing Edits
- New Content Additions
- Database Cleanup
- Broken Integration Checks

Attorney bios and case results kept current the day your roster changes.
Engineering & Construction
Regular updates that keep a growing project gallery secure without slowing the site down.

Consistent monitoring for a site where outdated credentials or claims carry real compliance risk, not just stale content.
