Real numbers. No games.

Every project is scoped individually, but that doesn’t mean pricing has to be a mystery. Here’s how we actually price work, and what similar projects have run.

Estimated page count

A rough estimate helps determine the scope of each service. Most sites reuse a small set of core templates, we won't design every single page individually.

How We Price Projects

Fixed scope, not a running clock.

Every project gets a fixed-scope proposal, not an hourly estimate that grows as we go. You’ll know the number before anything starts. “Starting at” pricing shows up across our services because most of what we do is genuinely variable, page count, content complexity, integrations, and revisions all move the final number, and pretending otherwise would mean either lowballing you upfront or padding every quote to cover worst-case scenarios.

What doesn’t move: no hourly billing surprises, no scope creep charged in silence, and no locking you into anything before a real conversation.

What "Starting At" Actually Means
  • It's a Real Floor
Not a teaser number designed to get you on a call and then double. It's what the simplest honest version of that service actually costs.
  • Scope Moves the Number
Page count, custom functionality, content volume, and integrations are what push a price up, not surprise fees.
  • You Get a Real Quote First
Every engagement gets a fixed proposal before work begins. No open-ended billing, ever.
Where The Detail Lives

How each service actually prices out.

Some logic behind why the number moves.

Design

It comes down to two things: how much structure the site needs, and whether a visual identity already exists. A small site reusing your existing colors and fonts costs far less than one that needs wireframes, mockups, and a visual language built from nothing.

  • Existing branding you’re reusing → design work starts closer to the low end
  • Need a visual identity established → add Visual Direction on top, often $1,000+
  • More distinct page types → more mockup hours, not a flat per-page rate
See Design service

Development

Starting at $4,000 covers development only, before design — a lean foundation with Home, About, Services, and Contact. No blog, no extra content sections. The moment real content infrastructure enters the picture, the number moves, and it moves quickly.

  • Add a blog → a listing page, filters, and post template push it toward $6,000+
  • Most real projects run 1–2 weeks minimum → $6,000–$12,000 for development alone
  • Design + development combined on an average project → often approaching $20,000
See Development service

Maintenance

The one genuinely fixed price list we offer — $300, $500, or $800 a month — because the work itself doesn’t vary project to project the way design and development do.

  • Tier is about included hours and response time, not project complexity
  • Custom plans exist for anything outside the standard three
See Maintenance service

Technical Consulting

No price list here on purpose. A one-hour second opinion and a multi-day audit aren’t the same engagement, and pretending they are would mean padding every quote to cover the bigger case.

  • Always scoped individually, before any work starts
  • Ask, and we’ll tell you honestly what a specific engagement would run

Working with what you Have

Every project is different, and budget shouldn’t be the reason you don’t reach out. These numbers are starting points, not a wall. If what you need doesn’t fit neatly into a range above, tell us what you’re working with — we’ll always try to find a way to help, whether that’s scoping something smaller or being honest about what to prioritize first. Reach out and let’s talk about it
