These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of moddup.com (the “Site”), operated by Modern Duplication LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services and to contact us with inquiries. You agree not to:

2. No client relationship formed
